Hours

I have 7 appointment slots each week:

Mondays & Wednesdays- 5:15-6, 6-6:45, 6:45-7pm (in-person only)

Tuesdays- 6:00-6:45pm (virtual only)

Please be aware that there is a 24 hour cancellation policy—you can change and reschedule your appointment via the portal or you can contact Liz via email or text. Cancellation fee is $80
